Information Collection and Processing
Currently, we do not collect any data from the chatbots. Information by the chatbots are stored in temporary variables and erase when the user ends the session or leaves the page. We want chatbot users to feel safe when conversing with the chatbot. From time to time, we reserve the right to collect data to improve our algorithm and adjust it as we see fit. When this happens, the user will be informed that information entered into the chatbot is or will be collected.
In regards to data processing, we reserve the right to process data collected from our chatbot during times of usability and efficacy testing. Individuals that become use cases for our testing will be notified ahead of time and data will be collected from a backend service where the chatbots are hosted. Information reported from testing does not use any PII (personal identifying information) due to the team reporting aggregated and grouped information from cohorts.
Data Sharing
Our team does not share any information to any third parties from our chatbots. Our algorithms are hosted on Hugging Faces Spaces which allows for quick machine learning powered demos. However, we do not share user conversations with Hugging Faces and we do not collect data from user conversations.
